Beginners Class

Beginner Only Reformer Pilates classes are designed for new students to the Tempo Pilates method or Pilates in general. These reformer pilates classes will teach you our core repertoire and allow you to learn the FRAME Pilates method with other newcomers at a slightly slower pace.

This is suitable for all levels.

All Levels Class

All Levels Reformer Pilates class are designed for anyone with basic ability and knowledge of Reformer Pilates. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, we'll use props, increase the pace, and add more complex intermediate exercises to keep the class flowing. This full-body workout will lengthen, strengthen, and tone every muscle, leaving you feeling revitalised and accomplished.

We recommend attending at least 1 Beginner class before attending this one.

Intermediate Class

Intermediate Reformer Pilates class are designed to challenge you and make you sweat. Incorporating weights and props, our dynamic class will give you the ultimate full-body workout - embrace the shakes! 

​We recommend attending at least 5 of our Beginner or All Level classes before attending this one.

HIIT Reformer Class

HIIT Reformer Pilates are designed to be high intensity reformer pilates with high energy, faster pace class using heavier load to increase the intensity of the movements with the inclusive of weights. Working on strength, building stamina and giving you an all over body workout!

We recommend attending at least 3 Beginner classes before attending this one.

Private 1-1 Session

A private session is available for any age and fitness level. Whether you are new to pilates, recovering from an injury, an athlete with specific goals or you simply want to improve and get the best out of your pilates, then this is for you!
